What Solia Health is — and is not

Solia Health coordinates and presents the consumer experience: choosing testing, scheduling collection, purchasing, and viewing results once released.

Solia Health is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat. The performing laboratory remains responsible for laboratory testing and for the authoritative laboratory result. Where an order from a licensed provider is required, that ordering or reviewing provider relationship is separate from Solia. Collection may be performed by a separate mobile phlebotomy or partner collection provider.

Educational content on the site, including biomarker explanations and ranges, is general information and is not your clinical record. Call 911 or seek immediate care in an emergency.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and eligible for the service in your location. Eligibility criteria, including any age requirement and available states, are set by the performing laboratory and confirmed during ordering.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the patient, contact, and address information you provide, and for keeping your sign-in email and access to it secure. Sign-in uses a one-time code or link sent to your email; anyone with access to that email can access your account.

Choosing testing and provider orders

Two paths are supported. You can choose your own testing from the catalog, or you can proceed with an order you already have from your own provider. Where your chosen path requires an order from a licensed provider, the service arranges or accepts that order; a provider may decline to issue an order.

Testing availability depends on your location, the performing laboratory's menu, and applicable state law. Some content is labeled Preview and is not currently available for purchase.

Purchases, fees, and payment

Panel and add-on prices are shown before checkout. Mobile collection is priced separately where selected, and the fee shown at checkout applies to your service area. Taxes and any additional fees, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment processor; Solia does not store full card details. Placing an order authorizes the amount displayed at checkout.

Collection appointments

You choose a collection method available in your area — a laboratory location, mobile phlebotomy, or an office or workplace visit where offered. For mobile visits you are responsible for providing safe, timely access at the scheduled address, and for following any preparation instructions such as fasting.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled according to the notice shown at booking. If a specimen cannot be collected or is rejected by the laboratory, we coordinate a recollection where possible.

Results

Results appear in your account as the performing laboratory releases them, and may be updated or corrected by the laboratory. The laboratory's report is the authoritative record. Results are not a diagnosis; discuss them with a licensed clinician.

Solia Plus membership

Where Solia Plus is offered, it is an annual membership that applies a member discount to eligible panels and add-ons, at the price shown at enrollment. Billing, renewal, and cancellation behavior is presented in the enrollment flow at the time of purchase.

Renewal, cancellation, and refund rights are set per deployment and are governed by what is disclosed to you at enrollment rather than by marketing descriptions elsewhere on the site.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is presented in the applicable flow and confirmation before you pay. Where testing has already been performed, refunds may not be available. We do not state a generic refund window here because the applicable policy is set per deployment.

Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misrepresented, or another person's information without authority.
• Order testing for someone else without the legal right to do so.
• Interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Scrape, resell, or commercially redistribute the site's content or catalog.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable health or privacy law.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Laboratory-generated results about you belong to your record and are made available to you.

Third-party services

The service depends on third parties including payment processing, laboratory systems, provider-order services, collection providers, and infrastructure. Their performance is outside Solia's direct control, and their own terms may apply to the parts of the experience they operate.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, add, or discontinue features, panels, prices, and service areas. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through Privacy Choices, subject to laboratory and medical recordkeeping obligations. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Solia does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and does not warrant clinical outcomes.

Specific limitation-of-liability amounts, warranty structure, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and venue are established in the agreement applicable to your deployment and are not stated generically here. Where any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
