Your testing is performed by the laboratory responsible for the order. That laboratory produces the official result. Solia organizes the ordering, collection, and results experience around it.

The current catalog includes comprehensive programs, targeted panels, follow-up monitoring, and selected specialty testing — 198 biomarkers across 28 panels and programs.

Complete Health is the comprehensive starting point — 68 biomarkers across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormone, thyroid, nutrient, liver, kidney, and blood health, $249 one-time.

Advanced extends Complete Health to 92 biomarkers, adding deeper cardiovascular risk, inflammation, hormone, and nutrient detail, $349 one-time.

Monitoring is focused repeat testing — 21 core biomarkers, current catalog pricing one-time — for checking what changed after a prior comprehensive test. How often to repeat testing depends on your testing, your goals, and clinical guidance where needed.

Yes. Targeted panels can be purchased on their own — most fall between $49–$349 depending on the biomarkers included.

A biomarker is a single measurement, such as TSH or ApoB. A panel is a grouped set of biomarkers ordered and reported together, usually because they are interpreted alongside one another.

Targeted panels are generally $49–$349. Complete Health is $249, Complete Health Advanced is $349, and Monitoring is current catalog pricing. Solia Plus is $365 per year and is optional.

Testing and collection are priced separately. Collection at a participating laboratory location is included where available; other methods may carry a separate fee.

No. Every testing order is reviewed independently under the performing laboratory's clinical-order rules, whether or not you are a Solia Plus member.

Only where eligible. The 4 included collections each membership year apply to eligible standard mobile collections. Specialty collection, kit shipping, extended travel, and provider-order-only collection are not included unless specifically configured as eligible.

For eligible repeat testing, membership can reduce cost and friction — included collections and member pricing apply where configured. Retesting timing and clinical-order requirements are governed separately and are not changed by membership.

In many areas, yes. A trained phlebotomist comes to you — this is different from an at-home self-collection kit, which you collect yourself. Availability depends on your location and the testing you select, since some tests require specific handling. Eligible options appear once your testing and ZIP code are known.

No. Where a laboratory location or another supported method is available, mobile collection is entirely optional.

Yes. Specimen type, stability, and processing requirements mean some tests support fewer collection methods than others.

You select your testing first. Solia then shows only the collection methods eligible for that testing in your area, with any applicable fee, before checkout.

Scheduled appointments can be changed from your Solia account while the appointment is still upcoming, subject to available times in your area. If no suitable time appears, use Check Availability so we can confirm options for your location.

Most metabolic and cardiovascular panels require an 8–10 hour fast. Your confirmation lists the exact preparation for your panel.

Preparation for your specific order appears in your Solia account after checkout and in your appointment confirmation, alongside timing guidance for your collection.

Follow the preparation instructions provided for your testing, and consult your healthcare provider when medication guidance is needed. Solia does not provide medical advice.

If the laboratory issues a corrected result, the updated version becomes the current one in your account and the earlier version stays on record so the history remains clear.

Yes, wherever you have prior testing in Solia. Repeat values appear next to earlier ones so you can see direction of change rather than a single snapshot.

Yes. Any biomarker measured more than once can be followed on its own, with each value tied to the test and date it came from.

New results are added to your connected testing history rather than replacing anything, so your record builds with each test.

Retesting depends on the test, your goals, your program, and guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional where needed. Solia does not prescribe a universal schedule.

Yes. If you already have testing ordered by your provider, you can upload it instead of choosing a panel, and Solia will work from that order.

Your order is reviewed to determine the testing it covers, then the collection methods eligible for that testing in your area are presented with any applicable fee. Mobile collection is never assumed.

Most standard orders can be supported, but not all. Acceptance depends on the ordering provider, the testing requested, specimen requirements, and the performing laboratory. You will be told before you pay if an order cannot be accepted as submitted.

Eligible testing may be payable or reimbursable using HSA/FSA funds, depending on the service and your plan. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax adviser.

Many HSA/FSA cards work like standard payment cards at checkout. If yours is declined, you can pay another way and request reimbursement from your plan using your Solia receipt.

Yes — an account is how your order, appointment, results, and testing history stay together and stay private to you. It is created as part of your first order.

Your name, contact details, and collection address can be updated in your Solia profile. Details tied to an already-submitted laboratory order may need to be confirmed before your collection.

No. The performing laboratory maintains the official laboratory record. Solia holds your consumer account, orders, and the results delivered to you, and can point you to the laboratory when an official copy is required.

Ordering requirements vary by test and jurisdiction. Where authorization is required, it is handled through the configured ordering workflow before testing proceeds.

At-home, workplace, and partner draw-site collection are available where the laboratory supports them in your area.

Most panels are resulted within 2–4 business days of the laboratory receiving your sample.
