No. You can choose an available Solia panel directly — any required ordering authorization is handled inside the approved testing workflow. If you already have an eligible provider order, you can upload it instead.

For Solia Health, collection is completed by a qualified collection professional at your location where availability is supported, or at an available draw site. Check your ZIP code before scheduling to confirm which options apply.

Standard mobile collection is $45 per eligible visit and is priced separately from the laboratory panel unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for extended travel or specialty collection.

Official results are released as the performing laboratory reports them and are made available securely in your Solia patient account, grouped by health area with reference intervals.

Yes. Each new result is added to your connected history, so you can compare prior values, see trends, and follow changes across repeat testing.

Certain eligible healthcare expenses may qualify for payment or reimbursement through an HSA or FSA. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax adviser.

Solia Plus is an optional annual membership ($365 billed annually) for people who test regularly. It includes 4 eligible standard mobile collections each membership year, the collection fee on the visit you join with, longitudinal tracking, and 10% preferred pricing on eligible additional testing. Membership is never required to order testing. Laboratory testing is purchased separately. Eligibility, specialty collection, shipping, and travel terms apply.
