At-home self-collection
Not currently availableA collection kit you complete yourself, offered only for testing that genuinely supports patient self-collection. It is not currently available, so it is not offered at checkout.
Self-collection is a separate model from mobile phlebotomy, where a licensed phlebotomist performs the draw at your address.

Fasting and timing
Some testing asks for fasting or a specific time of day. Requirements for your selected testing are shown before you confirm an appointment.
What to bring
Bring a photo ID for laboratory-location and phlebotomist collections. Nothing else is required.
Changes and cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled from your account within the window shown at confirmation.
Reschedule or cancel free up to 12 hours before your appointment. Bring a photo ID.
