Solia Health is designed to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our approach
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working standard. This includes keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, descriptive labels for interactive controls, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as part of ongoing product work. Some areas — particularly complex result charts and scheduling interfaces — continue to be refined, and text alternatives are provided where a visual view is not sufficient on its own.
Requesting assistance
If any part of the experience is difficult to use, or you need testing, scheduling, or result information provided in an alternative format, contact us and we will help directly.
Third-party services
Some functions, such as payment processing and laboratory result sources, are operated by independent third parties whose interfaces we do not control. We work with these providers to address accessibility issues that affect Solia users.
